Errors are supposed to be so dramatic in the sample handcount as to show massive TABULATING MACHINE COUNT ERROR.
WHY DON'T OFFICIALS HAVE ACCURATE COUNT OF HOW MANY ABSENTEE BALLOTS WERE SENT OVERSEAS AND HAVE BEEN
RETURNED?

washingtonpost.comAn informal survey of 61 of Florida's 67 election supervisors found that they had mailed out more than 18,500 overseas
ballots. Of those, about half had been returned and the majority of them counted. It was not immediately known how many ballots
were outstanding. Election supervisors plan to count the remaining ballots on Friday and send the results to the Harris's
office.
CNN HOWEVER, November 15, 2000 all day long has been relaying to us that nobody knows for sure how many absentee
ballots have been sent overseas. That number keeps changing, too. Anybody surprised.

Florida sent out
more than
19,300 ballots to people living abroad, according to an Associated Press survey
of 64 of the 67 counties. About 10,000 of those were returned before Election Day and were included in the counting on Nov. 7.
USA Today said its Florida survey found that the largest number of still-uncounted overseas ballots — 1,174 — were from the county that is home
to the Pensacola Naval Air Station. Palm Beach County, which is heavily Democratic, had the second most, 515.

In a stunning development, Palm Beach County election officials announced early Sunday
that they intended to begin a manual recount of all ballots cast in the county, after a sample of 4,000 ballots in four precincts
begun Saturday added 19 votes to Vice President Al Gore's total. Unless blocked by a court order, elections officials will
meet Monday to decide how to proceed on the full manual count.

At one in 49 million, the chances of hitting Megabucks on one spin are slim, but not as slim as the odds that
Vice President Al Gore would make up as much ground as he has in the Florida recount, according to a UNLV study.
Economics
professor Tom Carroll began running statistical equations Thursday on the net gains both Gore, who gained more than 2,200
votes, and Texas Gov. George W. Bush, who added about 700 votes, have made in the recount. He found that the statistical chances
for such large and different totals to occur as a result of random glitches was less than infinitesimal.
"The probability
of being struck by lightning is about one in a million," Carroll said. "The same person would have to be hit by lightning
30 times to compare with what we've seen in this recount."

Item: Are you hearing about all those reports of 19,000
ballots SPOILED in one county in Florida – I believe it’s Palm County????? Well, one of the MANY dirty little
secrets of modern computerized voting --- is that on average 9 or 10 percent of the ballots are SPOILED in every election.

they are claiming that THOUSANDS of these ballots were spoiled – SUPPOSEDLY -- because the voter picked TWO CHOICES
in the Presidential race. The much more likely explanation is that these ballots were deliberately spoiled by punching a second
hole in the ballots for a SECOND Presidential choice. (The opportunity to do this, This manner of invalidating ballots was
