Approximately 180,000 overvotes and undervotes
statewide in Florida! (year 2000)
Truth On-Line has all along asked for the exact number of overvotes and undervotes,
and the actual recorded numbers of verified, legally registered voters across the state, county by county.
We stated
from the very outset, Day 1 - the numbers keep changing - The media reports usually contain the phrasing "some" 180,000 or
"some" 65,000, or "some" 45,000, or "some" 900. They never report actual verified by election officials numbers. Why not?
Cause they never ask the kind of questions Truth On-Line would ask.
Nothing has changed - the latest news item concerns
the Miami-Herald/ USA Today sponsored hand review of undervotes - not surprisingly the numbers are still not exact!
Bush
Would Have Won Recount NewsMax.com Wires Thursday, April 5, 2001 After reviewing more than 64,000 ballots in all
67 of Florida's counties, USA Today, the Miami Herald and its parent company, Knight Ridder, said that Bush's 537-vote
margin of victory over Democrat Al Gore would have increased to 1,665 votes under the counting standards advocated by Gore.
The study is the first comprehensive review of the "undervote" ballots that were at the center of Florida's disputed
presidential election.
The undervotes were ballots on which voting machines did not record a vote.
...USA Today,
the Miami Herald and Knight Ridder newspapers hired the national accounting firm BDO Seidman to examine undervote ballots
in Florida's 67 counties. The accountants provided a report on what they found on each of the ballots.
The Democrat-dominated
Florida Supreme Court ordered Dec. 8 that each of these ballots, which registered no presidential vote when run through
counting machines, be examined by hand to determine whether a voter's "intent" could be discerned – even on ballots
that were not legal votes. On Dec. 9, the U.S. Supreme Court stopped the hand count before it was completed. That gave
Bush Florida's 25 electoral votes, one more than he needed to win the presidency.

The Miami-Herald - USA Today hand review recount of undervotes was
completed and reported upon April 1, 2001.
The report for the totals of ballots reviewed by the hired firm BDO Seidman
were DIFFERENT in the two media accounts!!!
<In fact, a comprehensive review of 64,248 ballots in all 67
Florida counties by The Herald and its parent company, Knight Ridder, in partnership with USA Today, found that Bush's
slender margin of 537 votes would have tripled to 1,665 votes under the generous counting standards advocated by Democrat
Al Gore.
...The Miami Herald's big recount story published yesterday ... Wednesday, April 4, 2001 herald Published Wednesday, April 4, 2001
...The study is the first comprehensive review of the 61,195 "undervote" ballots
that were at the center of Florida's disputed presidential election.
COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF BALLOTS
64,248 ballots (miami.com/herald) versus 61,195 (usatoday)
Which is it, and how would
any number of undervotes compare to the reports based on this chart way back when!
Relive the charting 12/11/00- Florida recount, county by county
In other words, the two media sponsors of the hand review of undervotes COULD NOT
REPORT AN ACCURATE NUMBER OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF UNDERVOTES TO BE REVIEWED even during this final review of ALL OF
THE UNDERVOTES!
Please define - what does all and comprehensive review mean to these people?
If this MAJOR
DISCREPANCY isn't worth our attention, now, we shouldn't complain in four years about undervotes - overvotes - illegal votes
anywhere in this country, particularly when the numbers won't match in the final, final, end of the recount.
However,
this is just the kind of proof we have all along been relaying to show that chad fraud occurred during the Florida hand
recount process in 4 Democrat stronghold counties.
There need have been only ONE ALTERED BALLOT during the hand
recount in any one of the 4 initial counties chosen by Al Gore and his team to PROVE THAT CHAD FRAUD OCCURRED ON THE PART
of the Democrat-controlled canvassing boards in any one of those 4 counties!
Truth On-Line shows that is exactly what
occurred during the protest period by the chronology of events that you can follow in TRAIL OF TREACHERY and which is presented
to you with resources and links for you to verify the news and media reports.
An opportunity existed for such fraud
the moment Ms. Teresa Lapore, or any other Democrat canvassing board member, physically HANDLED A BALLOT, rubbed a finger
over tender areas of the ballot, and POTENTIALLY caused either a dent in the ballot that was not there previously, or a hanging
chad where a pregnant chad may have been previously to the handling.
There is evidence that is exactly what occurred.
But you have to do the homework further to discover for yourself truth available for the delving.
LETTER TO MIAMI-HERALD
APRIL 10, 2001
A January 11, 2001 Associated Press announcement published in USA TODAY revealed: USA TODAY has joined an effort by The Miami Herald and its parent company, Knight Ridder, to evaluate the 60,000
undervotes that were central to the disputed presidential election in Florida. The undervotes - ballots on which voting machines
registered no vote - will be evaluated by certified public accountants from BDO Seidman, one of the nation's largest accounting
firms."
That item referred to "the 60,000" undervotes as the amount to be reviewed in the undertaking by BDO
Seidman.
The report concerning the completion of the review of the undervotes by BDO Seidman was noted in the Miami-Herald
online and in USA TODAY editions. Published Wednesday, April 4, 2001 the Herald states: " In fact, a comprehensive review
of 64,248 ballots in all 67 Florida counties by The Herald and its parent company, Knight Ridder, in partnership with USA
Today, found that Bush's slender margin of 537 votes would have tripled to 1,665 votes under the generous counting standards
advocated by Democrat Al Gore."
Published Wednesday, April 4, 2001 in USA TODAY: Newspapers' recount shows Bush prevailed
in Fla. By Dennis Cauchon, is this statement: "...The study is the first comprehensive review of the 61,195 "undervote" ballots
that were at the center of Florida's disputed presidential election."
Truth On-Line contends: any literate person who
can comprehend this discrepancy in the amount of actual undervote ballots which were reviewed by BDO Seidman(60,000)(61,195)
(64,248) can within mere seconds come to only one conclusion. The entire report is itself fraudulent. What is the actual
amount of undervote ballots that BDO Seidman reviewed for the purposes of analysis by the two media conglomerates?

UNDERVOTES SUPPORT BUSH
WIN
If a manual recount of presidental ballots had gone forward in Miami-Dade County, George W. Bush likely would
have won the presidency outright, without weeks of indecision and political warfare, a review of Miami-Dade County's "undervote''
ballots shows.
Al Gore would have netted no more than 49 votes if a manual recount of Miami-Dade's ballots had been
completed, according to the review. That would have been 140 too few to overcome Bush's lead, even when joined with Gore gains
in Volusia, Palm Beach and Broward counties -- the three other counties where Gore had requested manual recounts.
Miami-heraldUNDERVOTES SUPPORT BUSH WIN
USA TODAY Newspapers' recount shows Bush prevailed in Fla. By Dennis Cauchon, 04/04/2001
George
W. Bush would have won a hand count of Florida's disputed ballots if the standard advocated by Al Gore had been used, the
first full study of the ballots reveals. Bush would have won by 1,665 votes if every dimple, hanging chad and mark on the
ballots had been counted as votes, a USA TODAY/Miami Herald/Knight Ridder study shows. The study is the first comprehensive
review of the 61,195 "undervote" ballots that were at the center of Florida's disputed presidential election.
COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF BALLOTS
YEP. Comprehensive review. There's still the hype in the write-up, so read with care.
Understand
the repurcussions of this true statement - The Florida Supreme Court ordered Dec. 8 that each of these ballots, which registered
no presidential vote when run through counting machines, be examined by hand to determine whether a voter's intent could
be discerned.
These were the undervotes only that were ordered to be hand reviewed, these were not the overvotes,
which contained markings or punches for more than one presidential candidate.
Kausfiles is institutionally committed to maligning the Herald count, but concedes that this is a very useful page of information.
At one point, Pasco County Supervisor of Elections Kurt
Browning testified during a hearing that multiple machine recounts in his county produced a different number of undervotes
each time.
Nov. 8: 1,776. Dec. 9: 1,712. Feb 5: 1,744.
But it was not machine sorting alone that proved inaccurate.
In Duval County, elections officials -- acting under court order -- hand-sorted the county's 291,000 ballots in search of
the 4,967 undervotes they had reported on Election Night.
They ended up delivering 5,106 ballots for inspection by
The Herald.
That's close, but it also raises the possibility that some of those ballots were actually tabulated
in the Election Night machine count.
On the other hand, BDO determined that only 4,880 qualified as undervotes.
The other 226 bore marks for at least two presidential candidates, apparent overvotes.
This review did not attempt
to inspect overvotes. Florida's Supreme Court order specifically called for the recounting only of undervote ballots, leaving
the estimated 110,000 overvotes unaffected.
REVIEW SHOWS BALLOTS SAY BUSH But Gore backers have some points to argue
www.miami.com April 4, 2001
Truth On-Line - still suspicious - the only ones on the Net to show proven chad fraud occurred during
the hand review/recounts.
Also keep in mind, that just cause the undervotes from Broward were included in the initial
certification, the Bush team did not challenge the validity or illegality of those votes.
To date, we still have not
seen a full report concerning how many voters were actually legally registered voters. We provide documentation for everything
we're saying. It's here. Keep searching for the truth, even when it hurts!

Tuesday Thursday, Feb. 15, 2001 United Press International Justice Thomas Comes out Swinging Michael Kirkland Tuesday's
remarks were a defiant response to those who criticize Thomas as an "Uncle Tom," a disparaging phrase used as an epithet against
black citizens who promote views shared by mainly white conservatives, and to those blacks who suggest he has betrayed his
own race.
In his remarks, Thomas plainly recast his own position and that of other conservatives as one of courage
in the face of attack, comparing it to the resistance against Nazism in World War II. The justice cited the case of a Bulgarian
official who defied the Nazis and prevented the shipment of Bulgarian Jews to concentration camps.
He also cited John
Paul II, another conservative who has "has traveled the entire world challenging tyrants and murderers of all sorts, speaking
to millions of people, bringing them a simple single message: 'Be not afraid.'"

...The
Founders warned us that freedom requires constant vigilance, and repeated action. It is said that, when asked what sort of
government the Founders had created, Benjamin Franklin replied that they had given us "A Republic, if you can keep it." Today, as in the past, we will need a brave " civic virtue," not a timid civility, to keep
our republic. So, this evening, I leave you with the simple exhortation: "Be not afraid."
