Good try by Jacob, but falls flat
Your article is erroneous because you don't account for Rep/Dem/Ind challenges to certification tallies - had the entire amount
of undervotes been reported from each of the 67 counties.!!
All of the ballots which were recounted by hand by a newspaper review of the Miami Herald/USA Today, no matter whether an
undervoted, or overvoted ballot, would have had to be subject to a challenge according to Florida law. That is, none of the
reported "numbers of votes" would have been actual certified votes until both Democrat and Republican, and Independent such
as Libertarian presidential candidates had been satisfied that all such "additions" were indeed legally CAST ballots.!!
You all can keep counting til pigs fly - there was chad fraud the minute that one "punchhole" with a pregnant chad became
a second punchhole in the presidential column! It happened. Harry Browne supporters have asked for but never obtained a full
reckoning of Browne's pre hand count numbers and post hand count numbers. THOSE NUMBERS DON'T MATCH. Yet, reportedly, more
people overvoted for combinations which contained Gore/Buchanan!!!
Still unanswered were how many such combinations made ballots for THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES invalid!!
