Two Allegheny County lawyers appointed to review problems with provisional ballots, long lines and voter
registration problems during the November election have submitted a report outlining suggested poll improvements.
In a report made public Monday, Paul A. Supowitz and Robert A. King suggested improving training of election workers, adding
phone lines at elections department offices and placing voters' registration status and polling places on the Internet.
Timothy H. Johnson, head of the county's administrative services department, said the county's Web site should be updated
to provide the information before the May 17 primary...
