Somebody please bonk this guy Boies upside the head. It is this Gore upstart who now says in Nassau County, they didn't do all the stuff they should have done
on that canvassing board, they were obligated, according to Boies, to accept the Nov. 8, 2000 numbers because they were the
ones obtained by the mandantory machine recount.
What a puffball this sleezy guy is. It's ok if Palm Beach numbers
had to be revised as you will learn herein up until the day these ballots were shipped to the Circuit Court in Leon County,
December 1, 2000 and the documentation there remains UNSIGNED, and nobody is still sure those are "legitimate" numbers.
But
this little old Republican lady the Supervisor of Elections in Nassau County tells the world - explains - a mistake was made
which could be determined if election officials could only open up the state-mandated-sealed ballots. She explained during
a lengthy interrogation that a key helper was running for office, doing her civic duty and not helping out, and so the staff
was low, and so there was a mixup of red-line ballots and these key ballots were not processed for the state mandated recount
which the staff had no control over!

The Democrats have said for weeks that the only "fair" solution was to "count all the votes."
But fairness in that context depends on what the meaning of "all" is. "All" certainly didn't include those overseas military
ballots that Democrats tried desperately to exclude, a battle they have now lost in court. Nor did Democrats have any interest
in counting so-called undervotes in predominantly Republican counties in Florida, until the Florida Supreme Court ordered
that they be counted. Democrats weren't interested, either, in counting those undervotes in any states outside Florida that
Al Gore won by a slim margin, such as New Mexico, Iowa or Wisconsin. Estimates are that about 1.4 million ballots nationwide
showed no vote for president in the initial tabulation, just as did some 170,000 Florida ballots. In order to be fair, should
we have subjected all those ballots to re-examination?
We couldn't agree more. How far is Gore willing to go. How many voters is he willing to disenfranchise in counties
he doesn't need, in order to count ballots that have to be held up to the sunlight to determine whether there are pregnant
chads that somebody for Gore could shout out is a Gore vote.
How ridiculous and now exposed for the world as the lowest
of the low - all in an effort to get a few more votes in precincts which are Dum-oc-rat strongholds.
Even more despicable
is the clear intent of Gore-in-Cheat operatives sent to Florida canvassing board meetings to "challenge" the validity of the
military absentee ballots in an effort to thwart real voters who wanted to vote

We can't help but wonder whether any of these operatives were involved in past elections, say the
1996 presidential election, where in Palm Beach County there were reportedly 15,000 undervotes. How concerned were Dum-oc-rats
then for the vote that was never counted???
Before Judge Lewis proceedings Dec. 8, 2000 Mr. Klock relayed to C-Span
viewer and the court that the lower court had now ordered the military ballots to be counted. Hooray for the republic. The
law of the land prevails.
We can't help but ponder whether Gore-in-Cheat operatives were as concerned about the validity
of overseas ballots in say the states of Washington, California and Pennsylvania.
And why have the Gore-in-Cheat operatives
not demanded that the law is the law in Florida, and also have contested the election on the basis of illegal votes accepted,
as they have done with legal votes rejected? Reports show "some" 540 plus felons (not suggesting those unfairly removed from registration rolls via computer software glitches) who lose the right to vote, are now reportedly shown to have voted. Course, those thousands of votes are in the same mix
of total votes that cannot with any reasonableness be separated.

Jackson's claim that blacks were somehow kept away from polls in the Sunshine State seems based, at least
according to the evidence reported so far, on extremely shaky ground.
First, a record 900,000 African-Americans actually
did cast ballots in Florida last month, up a whopping 65 percent from the last presidential contest in 1996. As a percentage
of the state's population (13 percent), blacks actually outvoted whites, casting 15 percent of the state's 6 million-plus
ballots.

Judge Burton said, Yeh, chads have fallen out on the floor, but it doesn't mean anything. Now we're being led to believe according
to the testimony of Kimbull Brace that these pregnant chads are not able to be detached from the voter's ballot, cause of
machine problems, voter poking sideways to vote, or voter placing ballot on top of the machine, and the chads just stay in
there. Yet, there on the floors of where the hand re-counting is a going on for days and days, all of these chads just kinda
pop on out?!
And Kimbull Brace counts all those races and all those chads build up under those dang holes (only on
the left side of the "resevoir" where listing and punch-holes for presidential column) and for heaven's sake those little
chads (hundreds of thousands of them) just conspire to build-up right under Al Gore's little hole.
Notice that these
chads don't build up on the right side of the interior of the voting device, cause, gee, there are no left-handed election
machine maintenance officials handling these devices and incorrectly sliding the devices toward the side of the "reservoir"
where, guess what, there are no listings for candidates.
