As we celebrate let us not forget the Patriot Act is still up for reauthorization.
Congress, behind closed doors in committee, comes to a deal on the Patriot Act.
They will spin the compromises to make it appear they are concerned about our individual rights and civil liberties.
Nothing could be farther from the truth.
The Patriot Act itself is unconstitutional as the Bill of Rights warns Congress to keep away from all individual rights in Amendments 9 and 10.
don't be fooled.
Oh and there was a World Summit on the Information Society... who knew... The United Nations wants the Internet to be governed by a world body.
